Rental Requirements

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery.
• Renter must be 18 years or older.
• The scooter must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Rental Period & Extensions

Rental prices cover the selected rental period. If you would like to keep the scooter longer, please contact Coastline Mobility before your scheduled pickup. Additional rental days are $35 per day, subject to availability.

Delivery & Pickup

Please provide the correct delivery location, rental start date, and requested delivery time when booking. Delivery and pickup arrangements will be confirmed after your reservation is received.

Damage, Loss & Theft

The renter is responsible for the scooter during the rental period. Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or missing accessories.

Safe Use

Renters are responsible for operating the scooter safely and following the manufacturer’s operating guidelines. Do not allow unauthorized persons to operate the scooter.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund eligibility are subject to Coastline Mobility’s cancellation policy. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Agreement

By completing a reservation, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
